Born in Paraguay in 1957, I attended elementary and high school in the USA, and have resided in Ecuador since 1976. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Catholic University of Ecuador, and returned to the USA for an M.A. in Education from UC-Davis.
Since then, I have received postgraduate-level training in different areas of administration with Eduplus of Canada, a specialization degree in Social Development from the Nur University of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and am currently working on a second M.A. in Social Sciences from FLACSO-Ecuador.
As a translator/interpreter, I have been active almost full-time for the past 20 years, with preference from Spanish to English but also vice/versa. Here is what some of my customers have had to say about me:
