* After retirement from my profession as a chemical engineer,
I have been engaged for the last 13 years as a full-time
freelance translator, working both in Italy and in the USA
* I have lived my scholastic, professional and family life
in Italy and in the USA for approx. equal lengths of time
so that I consider myself equally qualified when translating
into English or Italian.
* Even though my professinal background is in the technical
