Asker: Merci Chakib Roula, c'est à priori le moncept auquel je pensais. Toutefois, il s'agit ici de personnes dont la première tâche est le nettoyage et l'entretien d'un centre commercial et qui, en supplément, assurent une fonction d'accueil (orienter les visiteurs, se charger d'un enfant qui a perdu sa mère) et de sécurité (repérer les personnes louches et les paquets suspects). Cet ensemble de tâches ne corresponds donc pas exactement à cette fonction telle que j'ai pu en trouver la description ailleurs. D'après le client, il n'y a, à sa connaissance, pas d'équivalent en Français, donc j'ai décidé de laisser le terme en anglais, d'autant plus que cette fonction est décrite dans le document.
