Bus/Financial - 会计 | | English英语词条或短语： after-tax salary | Im Glossar steht bei "after-tax" zweimal "Verdienst nach Abzug von Steuern". Aber könnte man es nicht einfach nur mit "Nettolohn" übersetzen? Das würde wesentlich eleganter klingen. Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Bestätigung!
When you participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, you can purchase XXX shares every month at a five percent discount through automatic payroll deductions. You can choose to contribute from one to fifteen percent of your base salary. Your contribution is then deducted from your **after-tax salary**.
Your **after-tax salary** is your base salary (excluding bonuses, overtime pay and allowances) after applicable taxes and social charges have been deducted. |

Es wird eh definiert: "base salary (excluding bonuses etc) after applicable taxes and social charges have been deducted". Das hieß bei uns immer Nettogehalt. Nachdem Zulagen etc. abgezugen werden, ist es das Nettogrundgehalt.

Netto*grund*gehalt deshalb, weil in deinem Fall die Überstunden und sonstige Zulagen/Zuschläge abgezogen werden, die bei uns jedoch zum Gehalt zählen. Damit unterscheidet es sich unter Umständen von dem auf der Gehaltsabrechnung ausgewiesenen Nettogehalt. |
