"Jurisdiction A has an authorized securities exchange, being assessed under Principles 25-30 that has 40 actively traded corporate issues. 说明：
Schwer zu sagen, was genau gemeint ist, ohne zu wissen, um welche Börse es geht. Ich vermute, dass "A" und "B" unterschiedliche Börsensegmente beschreiben - der Hinweis auf unterschiedliche Publizitäts- und Berichtsanforderungen ist ein Indiz hierfür.

Unterschiedliche Ratingstufen sind damit sicher nicht gemeint.
