It explains where each office is located. For example, it mentions there is a shipping ramp, a visitor parking, administration, import animal holding and there's also an incinerator. Then there's an arrow and it says "DIRECT AIRSIDE OPERATIONS ACCESS"

andrea-g: 16:21 Aug 25, 2008: Clarificatios - As described when i posted my question, I had no more context other than the design of the QUARANTINE STATION. i presume it's an animal quarantine station and for sure, this is not in an airport context.
