The seminar seems to be held by the manufacturer for garages. In one source I found an insurance term for Kulanzabwicklung=Ex Gratia Settlement. But what manufacturers and their sales organisations have to do with insurance? Is Kulanzabwicklung then to do with special aftersales warranty or something else? |
