Bus/Financial - 投资/证券 | | German德语词条或短语： Absetzung | I am having a problem with correctly conveying the meaning of Absetzung in the paragraph below. So far I had been told to use 'exeuction' yet this doesn't seem to hit the mark.
Um die vorhandenen elektronischen Umbuchungsmöglichkeiten zu fördern und den manuellen Erfassungsaufwand zu minimieren, werden die manuell zu bearbeitenden Aufträge neu bepreist. Bei manueller Bearbeitung von Absetzungen durch die Bank im Kundenauftrag bei effektiven Beständen oder nicht lieferbaren Globalurkunden wird eine Gebühr von EURO XX.XX pro Vorgang erhoben.
Die Gebühr bei systemseitigen Absetzung nach Kundenumbuchung in CASCADE bei effektiven Beständen oder nicht lieferbaren Globalurkunden beträgt weiterhin EURO X.XX.
The explanation I have from my client is as follows:
"Absetzung": Ein paar Tage vor dem Stichtag einer Zahlung (Dividenden, Zinsen oder Endfälligkeit) werden die begebenen Bestände vom Hauptkonto des Kunden auf ein Unterkonto gebucht,
damit kein Zugriff durch den Kunden möglich ist (sonst könnte er ja kurz vorher noch was kaufen od. verkaufen und unser ermittelte Zahlungsbetrag wäre falsch). Kommt jetzt der Stichtag, erfolgt duch die Bank die Zahlung an die Kunden.
Jetzt gibt es aber auch Großaktionäre mit Schachtelbeteiligungen, die die zu
erwartende Zahlung am Stichtag nicht über die Bank sondern direkt mit dem
Emittenten abrechnen. Aus diesem Grund muß die Zahlung unsererseits manuell
oder elektronisch unterdrückt werden. Diese Unterdrückung nennen wir "Absetzung".
Is there a technical term for this? Time is of the essence here. Thanks in advance. |

I might also look at "put a hold on the funds" which is how merchants check to ensure that you have enough credit. Of course, they do not move any money there.
This comes more from the definition than anything else.

说明：
I would almost be inclined to say deductible,because the amount has to be "blocked" so that the customer cannot access it until the funds have been released and it seems to be done only internally. I would also agree with the person who suggested internal transfer.
