Sarah Shaefer (asker): 19:45 Mar 8, 2005: The Problem - The problem is that Austria isn't the country of residence. It is a table of tax rates for foreign shareholders who own Austrian securities/funds. So the monies are resident in Austria, but the shareholder is NOT.

Ich hatte das vor ein Paar Wochen in einer Übersetzung. Ich könnte mich mit dem Verfasser dahingehend verständigen, dass wir "Ansässigkeit" als "residence," und "Wohnsitz" als "domicile" verwendet haben. Meist werden sie aber sogar zusammen - zum Teil im selben Satz - mit derselben Bedeutung verwendet. :-)

Ich weißnicht, ob dass weiter hilft. In meiner Übersetzung ging es darum, ob es steuerrechtlichen Sinn macht, den Wohnsitz nach Österreich zu verlegen. Mein obiger Vorschlag geht davon aus, dass diese Tabelle in einem Vergleich erscheint: vielleicht werden die DividenDENsätze zum Beispiel für den Fall gezeigt, dass Österreich als Ansässigkeitsland gewählt wird.
