The previous chapter was all about asking questions as to how well the manager dealt with problems, were the individuals motivated, what else could one have done to improve, etc. THEN ... we get to this next section!!! I know that Kesselwerke means boiler factories, so I wonder if they mean something ambiguous, e.g. tasks for dealing with potential explosive situations, or something like that?!? This word has NOT appeared anywhere else before this. Full context:

Leveleki: 15:54 Jan 19, 2006: No, Nicole, it doesn't come into the name. However, looking at a couple of chapters further on, they appear to use the term for "examples" of scenarios to be discussed. I therefore think that they actually DO mean boiler factories but in the "pretend/fantasy" sense to set the scene of the various management scenarios.
