Italian term or phrase: magazzino agricolo
Seems like a no brainer, yet I can't think of a natural English equivalent. Barn would seem to be the right choice, but it's not that. (Barn has another term in italian, fienale, silo, etc.).

E così Bongioanni si ritrova, solo, davanti al grande magazzino agricolo dove gli uomini del suo battaglione si sono accampati

From a movie synopsis of WWII, these troops are waiting in this large "farming warehouse"???

Thanks,

Peter

barn
Explanation:
I'd really stick to barn. A shed describes a smaller structure (tool shed?), while a barn (at least in U.S. English) will include a place to store hay, agricultural machinery and at times, animals. It would not be a warehouse, which you're not likely to find on a farm.
My 2 cents (U.S.).

I don't think an agricultural warehouse is necessarily on a farm (tho' this is the case in the first link). It can be a storage depot of much larger dimensions.

agricultural storehouse

Explanation:
Sitting on a finger of fertile agricultural land in the north Bristol fringe in the South West of England, this great agricultural storehouse was in danger of collapse through neglect until it was purchased by South Gloucestershire Council, its current owner, in 1998.
