barn Explanation: I'd really stick to barn. A shed describes a smaller structure (tool shed?), while a barn (at least in U.S. English) will include a place to store hay, agricultural machinery and at times, animals. It would not be a warehouse, which you're not likely to find on a farm. My 2 cents (U.S.). |
