Arbitration award

Explanation:
An arbitration award (or arbitral award) is a determination on the merits by an arbitration tribunal in an arbitration, and is analogous to a judgment in a court of law. It is referred to as an 'award' even where all of the claimant's claims fail (and thus no money needs to be paid by either party), or the award is of a non-monetary nature.

Notes to answerer
Asker: It is a good translation for "вынесено решение Арбитражного суда" i.e. final judgement. I am going to use this phrase for my translation. Thanks. The phase "oпределение Арбитражного суда о принятии заявления" means that the court has accepted a claim for the purpose of further proceedings before a final judgement.

neutral  Oleg Lozinskiy: In this context 'award' is 'решение Арбитражного суда в пользу...'. This term is inapplicable to 'определение Арбитражного суда о принятии искового заявления к производству'.
23 mins

disagree  Igor Kondrashkin: "Award" is a court decision on the merits of a case; the correct term is "ruling"
25 mins

disagree  The Misha: Indeed, this is a mistranslation, and a fairly dangerous one too.

Determination of the Arbitrazh Court

Explanation:
некоторые иностранные юридические фирмы предпочитают использовать термин Arbitrazh Court, поскольку Arbitration имеет несколько иной смысл

agree  The Misha: I've been wondering if anyone at all was going to bring up the issue of Arbitration vs. Arbitrazh. This has been discussed so many times already that one thinks Arbitrazh or commercial court should be fairly standard by now. Go figure, it still isn't.
