Spanish term or phrase: vado
Hola:

Gracias.

Apply for a dropped kerb
A dropped kerb allows vehicles to cross the pavement from the road to a driveway - enter your postcode to find your council’s website for more information.

https://www.gov.uk/apply-dropped-kerb

Dropped kerbs are lowered kerbs on pavements that border roads in the UK. They allow a vehicle to easily pass from the road onto private property. Dropped kerbs are also called ‘vehicle access crossings’ or ‘crossovers’.

The majority of properties in the UK will already have access to a dropped kerb to allow vehicles to park; however, there are many circumstances in which a property is sited next to a raised kerb, and the owner wishes to apply to have a dropped kerb put in.

Thank you, «dropped kerb» is the term that I was looking for, not only because it is the equivalent for the term in Spanish, but also because it's more suitable than the term in US English (I think we usually prefer/use British English in Spain)

:)

agree  Charles Davis: As in http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/construction_ci... , as you may remember. US eq. is curb ramp / rolled curb (depending on whether it's a ramp or just a rounded kerb).

-> Yes, I remembered this question but because the asker has obviously seen previous questions I decided to provide another answer. However, I don't know which country this is for, so maybe the US term is more suitable. Thank you, Charles :)
