Explanation: "En el orden causado" means that each party in the process (i.e. plaintiff and defendant) will have to support his/her own court costs/charges. On the other hand, and in general terms, judicial costs are supported by the loser in the court action. But also in some cases, even if there is a loser and a winner, costs/charges may also be supported by both parties. |
