Les produits sont très forts visuellement, mettant en avant une véritable recherche au niveau du design. Ce qui permet à XX d’imposer son style sur cette période importante de l’année.
L’innovation de la collection réside dans l’élargissement de l’offre de tissés teints et de modèles entièrement imprimés de motifs, au vu de l’engouement de ce type de produits sur l’hiver 2007.

L’accent est mis sur la diversité : le client trouvera plus de choix dans les matières proposées par cette collection. On retrouve bien sûr les cotton canvas et les cotton twill travaillés sur des unis, des imprimés ou sur des tissés teints.
Les matières se font plus cleans, ce qui explique que l’on retrouve des matières ville sur des produits au look ou aux détails de style sportswear. On notera l’apparition des cotons enduits donnant ainsi un aspect brillant à la matière.

L’accento è posto sulla diversità: il cliente troverà una maggiore scelta nei materiali proposti dalla collezione. Si ritrovano naturalmente il cotone canvas e il cotone twill lavorati sull’unito, sullo stampato o su tessuti tinti.
I materiali diventano più clean, per questo ritroviamo tessuti da città su prodotti dal look o dai dettagli in stile sportswear. Si noterà la comparsa di cotone rivestito, che conferisce al materiale un aspetto brillante.

Source text - English Ridge systems are installed to the ridge line of a roof, they can be installed slightly off centre to the left or right, to allow for sky lights, chimneys etc.
Ridge systems do not run to the end of the building, on either side and should stop 2M-3M from each edge of the roof end. Due to this design principal and PPE required, a pendulum swing hazard occurs. To counter this, 4No Single Point Anchors (pendulum posts) require installation (1No in each corner), thus alleviating this hazard, with the correct use of the PPE supplied.
Ridge systems are not recommended where the roof pitch is greater than 25°.
Translation - Italian I sistemi per colmi vengono installati sulla linea del colmo di un tetto, anche leggermente scostati dal centro, verso destra o sinistra, per girare intorno a lucernari, camini, ecc.
I sistemi per colmi non raggiungono l’estremità della costruzione su entrambi i lati, ma si fermano a 2-3 m dal bordo del tetto. A causa di questo principio del progetto e del DPI richiesto, sussiste un rischio di sbilanciamento per oscillazione. Source text - German Dank der idealen Mischung aus langjähriger Erfahrung und Spitzen Know-how ist ein revolutionäres praxistaugliches Produkt entstanden. Die Komponenten für das Grundmaterial (Holzfasern) werden speziell für die Bedürfnisse des späteren Verwendungszweckes zusammengesetzt und mit einem high-tech Pressverfahren hergestellt. Die beiden Aussenschichten weisen eine höhere Faserdichte auf, dadurch wird die Empfindlichkeit gegen die Luftfeuchtigkeit verringert, was eine einfachere Lagerung ermöglicht. Die „Leimnut“ in der Kante sowie die geringere Faserdichte der Mittelschicht bewirken ein kontrolliertes Aufquellen beim Leimvorgang. Dadurch wird der Spaltdruck bei dünnen Werkstücken reduziert und ein Abzeichnen der Lamellenpositionen auf der Werkstückoberfläche verhindert. Weitere vorteilhafte Eigenschaften sind die richtungsunabhängige Bruchfestigkeit und die ausserordentlich geringen Dickentoleranzen, welche sehr solide und höchst präzise XXX Verbindungen ermöglichen.

I componenti del materiale di partenza (materiale speciale in fibra di legno) sono stati messi insieme sulla base delle necessità dei futuri scopi di impiego e vengono pressati attraverso un processo high-tech. I due strati esterni presentano un elevato spessore delle fibre, riducendo la sensibilità all'umidità dell'aria e consentendo quindi uno stoccaggio più facile. La scanalatura per la colla negli spigoli e il ridotto spessore delle fibre nello strato intermedio permettono una dilatazione controllata durante il processo di applicazione della colla. In questo modo si riduce la pressione delle fessure nei pezzi sottili, impedendo il delinearsi della posizione delle lamelle sulla superficie del pezzo. Altri vantaggi sono la resistenza alla rottura indipendentemente dalla direzione e la tolleranza di spessore straordinariamente ridotta, che consente a XXX giunzioni molto solide ed estremamente precise.

Source text - German Bartgeier oder Steinadler?
Von weitem sieht der Bartgeier einem Steinadler sehr ähnlich. Besonders schwierig ist die Unterscheidung, wenn der Bartgeier noch jung ist. Dann sind seine Federn am ganzen Körper dunkel, mit einigen hellen Stellen auf den Flügeln – fast wie beim Steinadler. Der Bart des Bartgeiers ist nicht immer eindeutig zu sehen. Im Flug erkennst du den Bartgeier am besten an seinem langen, keilförmigen Schwanz. Der Schwanz des Steinadlers ist dagegen kürzer und rund. Mit seinem langen Stoss (so nennt man den Schwanz von Greifvögeln) kann der Bartgeier gut steuern. Die grossen, spitz zulaufenden Flügel machen ihn zu einem ausgezeichneten Segler. Gleichzeitig ist er aber viel wendiger als der Steinadler. Der Bartgeier ist ein wahrer Flugkünstler: Flug auf dem Rücken, Looping und Sturzflug gehören zu seiner Flugshow, die er besonders in der Paarungszeit am Himmel zeigt.
Von nahe kannst du weitere Unterschiede zwischen Bartgeier und Steinadler entdecken. Die Spitze des Oberschnabels ist beim Adler gerade nach unten gebogen und erinnert an einen Dolch. Beim Bartgeier ist die Spitze leicht nach hinten gerichtet und gleicht einer Greifzange. Auch bei den Füssen und Krallen gibt es Unterschiede: Der starke Adlerfuss ist mit spitzen, bis zu 9 Zentimeter langen Krallen ausgerüstet. Der Fuss des Bartgeiers hat kurze, stumpfe Krallen und gleicht einem übergrossen Hühnerfuss. Der Grund für diese Unterschiede: Der Steinadler ist ein Jäger, der aus dem Flug lebende Beutetiere packt und mit seinen spitzen Krallen sofort tötet. Der Bartgeier dagegen ist kein Jäger, sondern ein Aasfresser. Mit seinen stumpfen Krallen könnte er kein Tier töten; dafür kann er schwere Knochen in seinen Fängen über weite Strecken tragen. Auch mit seinem Schnabel kann er Knochenstücke gut festhalten und zerkleinern.
Translation - Italian Gipeto o aquila reale?
Da lontano il gipeto assomiglia all’aquila reale. È difficile distinguerli soprattutto quando il gipeto è ancora giovane ed è coperto da un piumaggio scuro su tutto il corpo, con alcuni punti più chiari sulle ali, quasi come l’aquila reale. La sua barba non è sempre facile da vedere. Quando è in volo, il gipeto si riconosce soprattutto per la lunga coda triangolare. La coda dell’aquila reale, invece, è più corta e rotonda. Grazie alla sua lunga coda, il gipeto è in grado di guidare abilmente. Le grandi ali appuntite lo rendono un aliante eccezionale e al tempo stesso molto più agile dell’aquila reale. Il gipeto è un vero artista dell’aria: scivolata sulla schiena, gran volta e volo in picchiata fanno parte delle sue rappresentazioni, che mette in scena soprattutto nel periodo dell’accoppiamento.
Da vicino sono visibili anche altre differenze tra l’”avvoltoio barbuto” e l’aquila reale. La punta del becco superiore nell’aquila è incurvata verso il basso e sembra un pugnale. Nel gipeto è curvata leggermente all’indietro e assomiglia ad una pinza. Anche le zampe e gli artigli presentano delle differenze. L’aquila le ha a punta, con artigli lunghi fino a 9 centimetri. Il gipeto ha invece artigli corti e non appuntiti, con piedi enormi. Il motivo di queste differenze è che l’aquila va a caccia e afferra le prede vive ancora in volo, uccidendole immediatamente con i suoi artigli. L’”avvoltoio barbuto” invece non è un cacciatore, ma è un mangiatore di carcasse di animali. Con i suoi artigli arrotondati non sarebbe in grado di uccidere animali, ma può trasportare pesanti ossa anche per lunghi tragitti. Anche con il becco può tenere pezzi di ossa e sminuzzarli.

Source text - English Environmental issues are often managed purely on an operational and reactive basis, yet the environment is clearly a strategic issue. After all, the environment is global issue number 1. There is an international consensus that all countries of the world must reduce their impact on the environment; they only disagree on how the reduction should be achieved. However, they are broadly in agreement on the principal of Sustainable Development. There are five basis principals of sustainable development:
• The precautionary approach (development consistent with scientific and technical understanding of environmental issues)
• Prevention of pollution (rather than treatment) “the polluter pays”
• Conservation of natural resource. Equivalence of standards of environmental management across the world
• These principals are being applied, to varying degree, in most developed and developing nations and will continue to have a profound impact on the business environment both short term and long term.
• Managed positively, the environment represents opportunities for improved business performance. Failure to identify and manage environmental risk will ultimately have a profound impact on business reputation, market share, net value and financial performance.

Each of these interactions with the environment involves a business risk. This risk covers a wide spectrum from an organisations duty of care (in its widest sense) through social responsibility. Issues that must be considered include:
• Liabilities – particularly those associated with environmental incident can be enormous involving clean up costs, lost revenue, fines, legal costs, compensation, loss of image.
• Compliance with environmental regulations
• Waste costs (every input is processed to produce either products or services or waste

Dopo tutto, l’ambiente è il principale argomento globale. A livello internazionale vi è consenso da parte di tutti gli stati affinché venga ridotto l'impatto sull'ambiente; l'unico elemento di disaccordo è il modo in cui tale riduzione deve essere effettuata. Vi è comunque un ampio consenso sul concetto di “sviluppo sostenibile”, che è retto da cinque punti fondamentali:
• Approccio preventivo (sviluppo compatibile con la visione scientifica e tecnica delle problematiche ambientali)
• Prevenzione dell’inquinamento (più che del suo trattamento): “chi inquina paga”
• Tutela delle risorse naturali. Uniformità dei principi per la gestione dell'ambiente in tutto il mondo,
• Tali principi devono essere applicati, su diversi livelli, nella maggior parte dei paesi sviluppati e in via di sviluppo e continueranno ad avere un profondo impatto per le aziende, a breve e a lungo termine.
• Se gestito positivamente, l’ambiente offre opportunità per un migliore rendimento aziendale. La mancata identificazione e gestione del rischio ambientale avrà infine un profondo impatto sulla reputazione aziendale, sulla quota di mercato, sul prezzo netto e sull’andamento finanziario.

Ciascuna di queste interazioni con l’ambiente implica un rischio aziendale. Il rischio comprende un ampio spettro di obblighi (nel senso più ampio possibile) da parte di un’organizzazione attraverso la sua responsabilità sociale. È necessario considerare gli elementi che seguono:
