I hold BA and MA degrees in International Relations and European Politics with Political Science as a minor subject. I am well-versed in other social sciences as well as some subfields of humanities, law and economics.

I have been a translator for 9 years, working for NGOs and LSPs alike.

My expertise and experience as a linguist extends beyond the above-mentioned social sciences and can range from marketing/business to travel/hospitality to UI/app/software/website localization. 

I pride myself in being efficient, fast, reliable, experienced and knowledgeable, always willing to go one step ahead to make sure my translations are correct in both context and content. A hub of new ideas and a constant overachiever, I'm never satisfied with what I have. Therefore, I constantly try to develop professionally as well as offer innovative approaches to the tasks I'm presented with, in order to bring translation, localization and cultural adaptation to a higher level and offer the best solutions to difficult translation issues.

As I have worked with lots of online or offline CAT tools that I now proficiently utilize, mastering new ones comes fairly quickly, naturally due to a number of overlapping and/or similar features.
