Macro: Shrink the selection in both the source and target term editor in ONE click

CafeTran Espresso 2018 will save any selection(s) in the New term dialogue box as a new term pair.

I created a macro to shrink the selection in both the source and target term editor in one click:

Note:

  • In this example, CT will save two term pairs: Beispiel=example and Beispiele=examples
  • You can repeat clicking; on every click the selection will be reduced by one extra character.
