Hello all,
I'm proofreading an English document by a French academic but instead of just showing the deleted items in balloons it's showing entire paragraphs which I haven't deleted. This is not very helpful for the clients and I have no idea how to correct it. Any suggestions welcome.

I'm assuming you're using Microsoft Word, but which version of Word are you using, and what is your operating system?

Hello Samuel.
Not sure about Office version, just says 365 I purchased it 3 years ago I think. Operating system is 64 bit, does that help?
