Sounds like you need to raise a Support Ticket Mar 13, 2015

But first, can we clarify that you mean a client gave you a WWA testimonial that first appeared on your profile, and then disappeared?

Or are you talking of a Blue Board entry that you made about a client (sometimes called an LWA).

Either way, I'd expect ProZ.com staff to inform you.

Hi Sheila.

It was a feedback given by a client for work provided.

They gave me feedback which was showing but today its not showing.

I will wait to see what happens, if I receive any comments or emails before submitting a ticket.

many thanks

Dear Luke,

were you able to solve the issue? I noticed the same behaviour on my WWA list.

With kind Regards,
Dénis
