Footnotes I'm unable to see the document that I have to translate

Hi,

First I'd like to say hello. It's my first time on the forum. I've a big problem, the document I have to translate have head page and footnotes, when I'm trying to open it in Trados, I only see the head and the foot to translate. If you can help me it would be appreciated.
