Hi everybody,
I am currently living in Canada would like to work as a freelance translator here. Is there any freelance translator here who could tell me how to get started? What do I need to do? How do I get a tax number if I need one? Thank you very much for your help!

Since your personal data doesn't indicate your location in Canada, I can only recommend using Google to find the relevant translators association. Every province has one.

Hi, You get a tax number (if you need one) at Revenue Canada http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bn/ Other things may depend on the province you are in. Regards,
