SDLTM

Hi Sabiha chances are you will find also a file named sdltb. This is the native format for Studio Terminology database. An advise, though, if you don't mind: take a look in the Help guide to get acquainted with the basis nomenclature of CAT tools features. Too bad to loose good jobs because of a lack of CAT skills.

As Jean have said, what you have there is a TM, not a package file or a translatable file.
Is this extension the reason for not being able to locate the file?
The file-open dialog in WFP5 for importing a package limits the display of files to SDLPPX and SDLRPX files, so if the file has a different file extension (even if, for some reason, it was the right file type), the file-open dialog in WFP5 would not display it for you to select it.

Thanks. I don't mind any advice about CAT. You are quite helpful. The agency wants to work on a regular basis with me.
