*Process / workflow description
When quoting, we check our availability and issue an estimate. Upon approval, we assemble glossaries and previous translations with related content, and start translating. Midway through translation, a separate translator checks the work and provides feedback. When translation is finished, again a separate translator checks the work and makes any necessary changes. The translation is then delivered.

*Quality process
Quality assurance involves a separate translator from the one doing the translation. It is described in the process above, but here it is again: When quoting, we check our availability and issue an estimate. Upon approval, we assemble glossaries and previous translations with related content, and start translating. Midway through translation, a separate translator checks the work and provides feedback. When translation is finished, again a separate translator checks the work and makes any necessary changes. The translation is then delivered.

*Capacity
Capacity varies day by day, so feel free to enquire whether we can handle your project.

*Quoting
Availability of translators, difficulty of content, language pair and amount of time available are all factors influencing the estimate, but in most cases our quoted prices do not vary that much, even taking into account those factors.
