Una solicitud de patente deberá comprender las siguientes componentes:
1] Hoja Solicitud. Formulario que se adquiere directamente en las oficinas del DPI y que viene a formalizar el acto de solicitar una patente. En él deben consignarse datos generales, tales como tipo de solicitud de patente, número y fecha de la prioridad, título de la creación, nombres del inventor, titular de la solicitud y representante legal;
2] Hoja Técnica. Formulario que también se adquiere en las oficinas del DPI y que constituye la carátula o primera página del documento de patente. Contiene datos bibliográficos análogos a los declarados en la Hoja Solicitud, además de un resumen de la creación. Este formulario acompaña solo a las solicitudes de patente de invenciones y modelos de utilidad;
3] Memoria Descriptiva. Cuerpo de la solicitud de patente que constituye el componente técnico de ella. Consiste en una descripción completa de la creación, comenzando por la entrega de algunos antecedentes preliminares: motivo u objeto creado, problema técnico que resuelve y soluciones previas conocidas por el creador; luego, se debe acompañar una breve referencia de los dibujos que forman parte de la solicitud, para finalmente, en base a ellos, desarrollar una descripción completa y detallada;
4] Dibujos. Se podrán acompañar cuantas figuras sean necesarias para complementar lo expuesto en la Memoria Descriptiva. Deberán ser figuras claras, en trazado técnico e, idealmente, impresas con los medios que la tecnología actual provee; no deberán tener marcos ni leyenda de ningún tipo, salvo aquella que indique "Figura Nº X" y referencias numéricas a las partes más relevantes de la creación, referencias que deberán estar debidamente explicadas en la Memoria Descriptiva;
5] Pliego de Reivindicaciones. Cuerpo de la solicitud de patente que constituye el componente jurídico de la misma . Consiste en una secuencia de cláusulas que describen aquellos elementos de la creación que quedarán protegidos por la patente. Este cuerpo deberá acompañar solamente las solicitudes de patente de invenciones y modelos de utilidad.
Translation - English Applying for a Patent
A patent application should include the following components:
1] Application Form. Form provided directly by the DPI offices, making up part of the cover sheet of the patent document, that formalizes the act of applying for a patent. General information should be recorded here, such as the type of patent application, the priority number and date, name of the invention, and the names of the inventor, applicant, and legal representative;
2] Data Sheet. Form which is also provided directly by the DPI offices and makes up part of the cover sheet of the patent document. Contains bibliographic data similar to those stated on the Application Form, in addition to a summary of the invention. This form should only accompany applications for invention patents and utility models;
3] Description. The technical component of the patent application. This consists of an exhaustive description of the invention, starting with certain background information such as: the purpose of the invention, the technical problem that is being solved by the invention, and any solutions of said problem previously known by the inventor; afterwards, this form should be accompanied by a brief description of the drawings included in the application so that, as a last step, a complete and detailed description can be formed based on said drawings.
4] Drawings. The application should include as many figures as necessary to complement the contents of the Description section. They must be clear and technical in form, and, ideally, printed with the most up-to-date technology; they should not contain borders or captions of any kind, except for those indicating the figure number and numerical references to the relevant parts of the invention (and these references should be clearly explained in the Description section);
5] Claims. The legal component of the patent application. It consists of a series of clauses that describe the elements of the invention to be protected by the granting of the patent. This section should only accompany applications for invention patents and utility models.

La relación contractual que se establece entre las Partes tiene carácter laboral y conforme a su naturaleza y contenido se define como una relación laboral especial de deportista profesional que se regirá por lo expresamente pactado entre las Partes en el presente Contrato, y subsidiariamente por el Real Decreto 1006/1985, de 26 de junio, regulador de la relación laboral especial de los deportistas profesionales, el Convenio Colectivo que, en su caso, pudiera estar vigente en cada momento, el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1995, de 24 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores (ET), y demás disposiciones legales aplicables.
Atendiendo al ámbito profesional en el que el Jugador deberá ejercer sus funciones, las Partes asumen que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 6º del Real Decreto 1006/1985, el presente Contrato se suscribe por duración determinada y por __ temporadas.

Se solicita propuesta a todos los proveedores de soluciones VDI participantes en el proceso VES, que hayan remitido anteriormente respuesta a la RFI, y que estén en condiciones de dar cumplimiento a las prescripciones técnicas y de servicio expuestas.
Las condiciones expuestas reflejan un modelo de servicio en cloud de tipo ‘llave en mano’, es decir que el proveedor aporta la tecnología, la infraestructura y las operaciones. Los proveedores fabricantes de tecnología están invitados a dar respuesta a esta RFP siempre que indiquen las limitaciones de su alcance y refieran integradores autorizados.

A proposal is requested of all VDI solutions suppliers participating in the VES procedure and which have previously submitted a response to the RFI, and which are in position to comply with the technical and service requirements set out.
The conditions set forth reflect a 'turn-key' cloud service model, which is to say that the supplier contributes the technology, infrastructure, and operations.
