Install Finisher with staple option in Device Settings tab and uncheck Offset to enable Staple.

Install Finisher with offset option in Device Settings tab and uncheck Staple to enable Offset.
Collate is always ON when Staple or Offset is enabled. To clear Collate, uncheck Staple and Offset.
Punch is always OFF for Booklet printing. To enable Punch, select a different Layout option.
"To enable Manual Duplex, select Enable Manual Duplex on Network Port in the Compatibility Settings dialog, accessed from the Device Setting tab."
