En un informe de CT/PET de cuerpo entero de una paciente con cáncer de pulmón:
"A nivel de cuello no se aprecian masas adenopáticas y el calibre de los **trayectos vasculares regionales** es normal."
No veo la manera de traducir trayectos aquí. No parecen ser tracts, paths, ways

This is talking about the large vessels in the neck. These are of particular interest in lung cancer because the cancer may spread to the regional lymph nodes and enlarged lymph nodes can press on the vessels, deforming them.
