POST CLINICAL PHASE
After all patient follow-ups have been completed, the monitors will visit each center to prepare them for study closure. During this visit, the monitors will discuss and verify the following items so that study closure may occur as quickly as possible:
- Remaining action items closure.
- Device inventory and return to X if necessary.
- Verify ISF content.
- Final study payments.
- Investigator Agreement termination.
- Notification of end of study to EC.
