I wonder if the above phrase means "the lawyers who have registered with..."; as far as I know, 届出 means to report to..., but this meaning does not make sense in this context.

Notarized patent attorney
Just to add some clarification to previous posts: "Notarized" is the commonly used term in the case of attorneys. Notified gives a meaning of 通知 Or 通告、Notarized literally can mean 認証、公認。Therefore i think notarized is a better word in this case.
