Japanese term

届出がなされた弁護士

Japanese to English Law/Patents Law (general)
I wonder if the above phrase means "the lawyers who have registered with..."; as far as I know, 届出 means to report to..., but this meaning does not make sense in this context.
Can anybody help me? thank you in advance.

Notarized patent attorney

Just to add some clarification to previous posts: "Notarized" is the commonly used term in the case of attorneys. Notified gives a meaning of 通知 Or 通告、Notarized literally can mean 認証、公認。Therefore i think notarized is a better word in this case.
