French to English Bus/Financial Management instructions for sending samples of products made up of ethanol/water mixtures
INSTRUCTIONS
.1 Destination = France
-> Se procurer auprès de la coordinatrice, le colis à expédier ainsi que le dossier d’envoi de la déclinaison.
NB : le transport est assuré par la navette intersites.

- Préparer le bordereau d’expédition sur le site internet de la navette intersites. L’imprimer en 2 exemplaires.
 En glisser 1 dans la pochette « DOCUMENTS CI-INCLUS » préalablement collée sur la boîte. Laisser l’adresse du destinataire visible sur le dessus.
 Placer le second dans le dossier d’envoi.

Fields I've changed the fields on this because I think it's about simple office/administrative procedures. I also think that the detail about what is dispatched is unnecessary.
