I made a mistake here... I've answered based on a couple of websites that oversimplified some concepts.

sistema pressostático = sistema que utiliza um pressostato (pressure switch)
The problem is that not every pressure switch keeps pressure constant. Many of them just keep pressure within certain limits, but not necessarily constant.
Hence, my answer may not be correct in some situations.
