Should You Respond to Negative Reviews?
Those advices can help you build a more vibrant culture for your company. But what should you do with the negative reviews that have already wiggled themselves onto your social media profiles? Do you ignore them? Respond to them?
I depends
In some cases, it can be helpful to address the concern that’s highlighted in that review — provided you remain polite, professional, and pulled together. By replying to comments about your organization (yes, even the scathing ones) you can demonstrate that you’re actively invested in your company’s employer brand and reputation.

avoir le contrôle de soi
This is clearly written by somebody with limited knowledge of English, e.g. "[t]hose advices" should be "that advice", "wiggled ...". In this case, delete "pulled" and it makes sense, even if the choice of vocabulary isn't the most appropriate. A person is described (in an informal register) as being "together" to mean that they are well-balanced and have good self control.
