Literal translation is ridiculous, because it is meaningless. Anybody can translate literally simply by using a dictionary and translate word per word. What about the meaning of the sentence? And what If I ask you to translate this sentence: "Time flies"?
agree Drak : You NEVER start a message with "Respected". It shows poor command over the English language.

Respected! Starting today prepaid service has the name Mobis fun; "Party is started!"Mobis.....

Literal translation of the sentence.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Said Kaljanac a.k.a. SARAJ : I have one question! What's the point of the literal translation? You should know as translator that literal translations are unacceptable and meaningless! "postovani" means "respected" but not in this case! In English you start a letter with "DEAR"

disagree Drak : I agree with Saraj's comments. Rather awkward English, too.

disagree gorana nad-conlan (X) : Could you,please, explain what is the problem with "Time flies"? Of course, I agree with Saraj &Drak

Dear users! MOBIS FUN is the name of the prepaid service, starting today. 'Fun is on!' Mobis...

instead of 'fun is on', you can say: let's party!

Dear users! Starting from today the prepaid service has a new name Mobis Fun. "The fun has begun!" M

The best answer would be combination of the two.
either
"The fun has begun!" Mobies
other answers are ok as well, but this one has rhyme, so it sounds fun
