I'm not particularly familiar with biochem, so I don't even know what this concept means, much less how to translate it. Has anyone seen this before?
Here's the context. It's from an set of instructions for a testing procedure:
"除葡萄糖、琼脂外,取上述成分微温溶解,调节PH使在25℃培养基的PH为7.2±0.2,在121℃灭菌15分钟。"
The 上述成分 refers to growth medium ingredients.
