Normally, nuclear bombs are measured in megatons (ton and tonne means a little bit of difference, both roughly 1000 kilograms). So I guess 100亿万吨 could be 100亿吨 giving 10 billion tonnes of TNT or 10,000 megatons. (still very big)
mega is 1,000,000.
kilo is 1,000.

100 trillion tonnes = 100,000,000,000,000 tonnes.
This is huge. Probably refers to total number of nuclear warheads on earth (35,000) multiplied by 3000 megatons each giving 100 trillion tonnes. This unbelievable because each warhead are likely to be up to 100 megatons only. (might be as small as 1 megaton each). Obviously some error here.

Based on 35,000 nuclear warheads, I have no idea how the figure of 100 trillion tonnes can be reached. It seems there a gap of up to a multiple of a few thousands.
