Is it "consignment stock" when talking about the building where goods are stored? Like "goods delivered to the consignment stock", "employees working in the consignment stock" etc.? Thank you!

If you're specifically talking about the building; I would say "consignment warehouse"; "consignment stock" refers to the consignment goods.
"consignment storage" can also be used if the emphasis is not on the building.
I've worked on some of these consigment contracts, too, and it can be confusing. It seems like they don't go to much trouble to point out the difference in Czech.
