High 譯為 "情緒激動"，可。

我觉得“情绪激动”太一般了点。每个人都会“情绪激动”，但没用过毒品的人，如论如何也无法体会使用毒品所达到的那种“high”。中文中经常不加翻译直接用这个英文词，大概是因为没有任何一个现成的中文词可以表现它的含义吧？北方人说喝酒喝醉了，说“喝高了”。跟这里的“high”有点相似，但其生理心理反应的程度相差很远。

如果一定要把这个“”译成中文的话，我倾向于译为“极度亢奋”，或至少是“异常亢奋”。

毒品之所以吸引了很多人是因为它能带来“极度快感”，因此此处用“快感”才能反映毒品的作用效果。
