Comment: "This is perfect for the title! However, answers posted by our colleague Qudsia were also very correct but I was looking for a translation that can be fit into title. This does not necessarily mean that he company/service provider has made a mistake but sometimes the confusion is from customer's end. Hence, this is the right translation!"

sahi tarekay sey anjam dena!!!
In the context of your sentence the endind sentence should be
Hum apni behtreen kosish sey apki sikayat ka azala karein gey.
Hum apni behtreen kosish sey apki sikayat ka azala karein gey.

"Putting things right" means to correct something which has been going on wrong (or going wrong) for some reason. Here's a suggestion for the given context:
Since the urdu characters arn't showing correctly here, I will transliterate the last part: "Agar aap un khidmaat say mutma'in nahin jo apko muhayya ki gayee hain, toh humari poori koshish hogi kay apki shikayat ka azala ho (aapki shikayat door ho.)."

Khanzada has the right answring IN THE EXPLANATION, but I don't completely agree with his main entry of "sahih tareeqay say kaam anjam daina," since it's missing the element of "correction."
