I saw the term "tarjonnanestotiedot" used in a document about personal data protection.
One of the items in a list of a user data record's contents was:
"Mahdolliset luvat ja suostumukset sekä mahdolliset tarjonnanestotiedot."
Is there a technical (legal) term in English that corresponds to "tarjonnanestotiedot"? Or is this term somewhat specific to Finland?

I do not think it is specifically Finnish. Breaking it down: tarjonnan (< tarjonta) + esto + tiedot.
Therefore, it seems to me like it could very well be denial of service information (or data, depending on your preference).
