How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Particularly used in contexts of companies seeking ISO 9001 quality certification, but not only by them.
It's slightly different from "quality control" per se (which tends to refer to a physical checking of a concrete deliverable, be it milk or a computer program), since it can include such relatively esoteric elements as version control of internal documents (voice of experience there - dullest job I ever did!), or ensuring that HR procedures are consistent and followed properly.
As for the adjective - I leave it to you to seek the most popular on google (!), although "improved" would seem a good option, a priori :-)
