On German websites with English translation this word is simply left out. One website translates it as "set up work". However this doesn't often fit in the operation mode used in my text.
Context:
Ist die Maschine durch die Dornstangenabsicherung gestoppt worden, so ist es möglich, im *Einrichtbetrieb* nahezu alle Funktionen zu fahren (wie z.B. Dorn zurück, ... Spannpatrone auf usw.).
Working translation so far: "set-up operation". Is there anything better?
