Literally translated, your text says, “number of the record book of the Real Estate Service of West Attica”. But, in English, we would write this as, “West Attica Real Estate Service record book number”.

The Greek Public (or State) Real Estate Service(s) is/are also known as the Public (or State) Land Service(s), in English. See:

https://www.google.co.uk/#q="public land service" greece&spf...

and

https://www.google.co.uk/#q="public land services" greece&sp...

because the adjective κτηματικός can be translated as landed property, or land or real estate.

Needless to say, the ‘Δ.’ before ‘Αττικής’, in your text, is short for ‘Δυτικής’.
