This is a counterion I haven't come accross before in Italian.

Lots of hits on google for "hydrochlorhydrate" but not sure if that's right.

The compound in question is:

"Ciclopentolato idrocloridrato"

An example of a parasympatholytic sunstance used to drive stem cell differentiation.

Non m'intendo molto di chimica ma ho l'impressione che il componente che stai cercando non sia corretto. La forma corretta dovrebbe essere "Ciclopentolato cloridrato" come testimoniano le migliaia di hits so google in cui invece non compaiono occorrenze per "idrocloridrato". La dicitura corretta per "cloridrato" è hydrochloride.
