Italian term

sottoslivellamento ST rettilineo

Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology ECG readings
"...all'ECG evidenza di sottoslivellamento ST *rettilineo* da V3 a V6 ..."
It's really the word 'rettilineo' that I'm not sure about. I only find 6 google references for the phrase 'rectilinear ST segment depression'. Is there another word (like 'horizontal' perhaps -- is that the same thing?) that's used in English in this situation?

This is from a discharge report of a patient admitted for angina and diagnosed with 'NSTEMI per ristenosi intrastent coronaria Dx'.

Thanks for the invaluable help!

horizontal ST depression

AFAIK "horizontal" is most common, "flat" being another option with ST depressions

(see e.g. http://www.madsci.com/manu/ekg_st-t.htm#ST segment depression)
