For ¥"Henkan¥" one could aslo use
conversion // conversion to // handover // resolution // signal conversion // transformation // transforming // transmutation
Sometimes ¥"が伴う” includes a causal relation (to ¥"result in¥") an sometimes it refers to being contigous - at the same time or space. But somehow a causal relation seems more appropriate here. To be sure I¥'d need to know the context.

None require/involve/result in conversion/transformation...
Tim has already said it all about the ambiguities here, so I'll comment on the Japanese.
(1) 存在しない is often a translation from the English "there are no". More formal (bookish?) than 有り・無し.
(2) I'd feel more comfortable with
変換の伴うものは存在しない
or
変換を伴うものは存在しない
