No original (uma escritura de reconhecimento de paternidade) está escrito:
“... para ficar constando [no assento de nascimento do filho ora reconhecido] a paternidade que o outorgante ora assume, averbando também a mudança dos avós paternos, sr. X e sra. Y, que serão declarados no ato, além dos avós maternos já constantes do respectivo assento de nascimento.”
É lógico que os avós paternos não seriam "mudados"; o registro de nascimento é que tem de ser mudado para incluir o nome deles!
Podem me ajudar com a tradução (confirmações, sugestões, comentários, correções, para o trecho todo, se possível, serão sempre bem-vindos)?
