Just checking the hyphen. Wide neck (not wide-neck) seems to more common.

drapped neck (tank top/camisole/blouse/top)

Wide neck es más bien el cuello abierto casi parecido a un cuello bote -aunque no igual- el cuello DRAPED NECK/DRAPPED NECK es el cuello desbocado/volcado que puede ser tambien atrás en la espalda.
Peer comment(s):

neutral S Ben Price : I would be skeptical of the Italian site. It's not a question of doubting your response - just the verb is drape, pronounced /dreip/ (in Spanish) and putting two p's would make it /drap/. So, maybe the Italians made a mistake, maybe not??

I´ve seen both. www.the-italian-touch.co.uk says drapped/www.ninewest.com says draped maybe the difference is UK and US English.Thanks for the comment. Have a nice day :)

"loose/relaxed (-neck)"/"low cut neckline", etc....

I like "wide neck" as well since the term is very general, but since your context is referring to a what is sort of a light, "gauzy/gauze" material or a chiffon, "relaxed-neck/loose-neck blouses" or "blouses with relaxed necklines", etc. could be natural options as well.

I consistently keep finding pictures/sites on the internet using "desbocado" in association with what is referred to in English as "low cut neckline" or a "revealing" neckline, though these terms imply that the neckline is quite low. Other specific types of "wide neck" styles would include "boatneck", "scoop neck" or even "cowl neck" (depending on the shape).

See examples below for references to what I think could be described by the term "low-cut" and also "wide neck". If you have a picture or more context to go by, these terms may help you convey the image more specifically, but if you don't, "wide-neck" is a safe and general term.
Example sentence:

Las capas en la ropa casual: un suéter manga corta sobre uno manga larga; un suéter desbocado que deje ver una blusa de encaje debajo

con bordados en la parte delantera o con un escote desbocado que deje ver el tirante del sujetador, de vez en cuando
