Source text - Indonesian Tunduk pada ketentuan Pasal 6: Lingkup Usaha di atas, Perusahaan wajib menjalankan kegiatan usahanya sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan Perusahaan dalam makna yang seluas-luasnya (baik menjalankan kegiatan usaha sendiri atau bekerja sama dengan orang atau badan lainnya) tanpa mengesampingkan peraturan yang berkekuatan hukum di Republik Indonesia kecuali ditentukan lain dalam perjanjian ini.
Dengan mengesampingkan ketentuan di atas, segala sengketa yang timbul dari pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha Perusahaan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada jual-beli; pengalihan; peleburan dan akuisisi, akan dilimpahkan ke Singapore International Arbitration Centre (selanjutnya disebut “SIAC”) yang mana proses, putusan, dan pelaksanaan putusannya didasarkan pada hukum Republik Singapura.
Translation - English Subject to the provisions of Article 6: Scope of Business hereinabove, The Company is obliged to carry out its business in line with The Company’s purposes and objectives in the broadest sense of the word (on its own account as well as in cooperation with other person or entities) without prejudice to the prevailing regulations having the force of law in the Republic of Indonesia unless otherwise stated herein.

Source text - English Upon the termination of the lease period, Lessee shall return and clear out the house and ensure that the leased premises is in good condition. If Lessee fails to clear its belongings out in two days after the termination of lease period, (then) Lessor has the right but not the obligation to take any actions deemed necessary or to request any third party or competent authorities to evict the tenants and vacate Lessee’s belongings at the Lessee’s expenses and shall be paid by Lessee immediately upon demand, subject to the provisions of Article 10 Paragraph 2 (Deposit).
Deposit
(1) Upon the signing of this Agreement, Lessee shall pay a deposit of USD 10,000,- apart from the rent as specified in Article 6 Paragraph 1 above.
(2) Lessor has the right to deduct the expenses payable by Lessee, including but not limited to the expenses incurred under Article 8 and Article 7 of this Agreement, from such deposit.
Translation - Indonesian Apabila 2 hari setelah berakhirnya masa sewa tersebut, Penyewa tidak memindahkan barang-barangnya, maka Pemberi Sewa berhak tetapi tidak berkewajiban mengambil upaya-upaya yang diperlukan atau meminta pihak ketiga manapun atau pihak berwajib untuk memindahkan barang-barang Penyewa tersebut atas biaya Penyewa yang harus dibayar oleh Penyewa seketika pada saat diminta, tunduk pada ketentuan Pasal 10 ayat 2 (Uang Jaminan)
Uang Jaminan
(1) Pada saat penandatanganan Perjanjian ini, Penyewa wajib membayar uang jaminan sebesar USD 10,000,- selain dari uang sewa yang disebutkan pada Pasal 6 ayat 1 di atas.
(2) Pemberi Sewa berhak untuk memotong langsung biaya-biaya yang harus dibayar oleh Penyewa, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada biaya-biaya yang timbul berdasarkan Pasal 8 dan Pasal 7 Perjanjian ini dari uang jaminan tersebut.
