Исполнитель обязан незамедлительно уведомлять Заказчика обо всех изменениях, касающихся платежных реквизитов, адреса местонахождения, адреса электронной почты Исполнителя и любой другой информации, имеющей значение для надлежащего выполнения сторонами своих обязательств по данному договору.
Translation - English The Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer about the occurrence of circumstances that prevent the provision of services;
The Contractor may, after consultation with the Customer, engage third parties in order to perform its obligations under this agreement. In this case the Contractor shall be responsible for the actions or inactions of such a party, as well as shall provide complete confidentiality of the information received from the Customer.
Contractor shall provide a detailed report to the Customer on the rendered consultancy services;
Contractor shall have the right to require from the Customer all necessary information and documents, make copies of the documents provided by the Customer in order to fulfill its obligations under this agreement.
Contractor shall promptly notify the Customer about any changes regarding the payment details, location address, Contractor’s email address and any other information relevant for the proper fulfillment by the parties of their obligations under this agreement.

I am a Russian-English translator with rich personal business experience and with University degrees in the English language and MBA.
I started translation and interpreting job after graduating from St. Petersburg State University (diploma in the English language) in 1991. Since then my job has always been connected with the English language (interpreting, translating, teaching). I also spent many years working in American and European real estate companies (“Deluxe Homes of PA, Inc”, "Kaleng Construction", “DTZ Debenham Zadelhoff” , “Golub and Company”) performing translations, consultancy, appraising, budgeting, leasing and property management work and dealing with bilingual operation reports, legal and financial documentation. In 2001 I received an MBA decree in the Open University Business School. I returned to freelance translation in January 2012 and currently my regular clients include translation agencies: Translink SPb, ABBYY Language Services, EGO Translating and an international audit firm.
I also have a technical education. After graduation from St. Petersburg Shipbuilding College with a diploma in electrical engineering I worked for several years in a shipbuilding design firm. Due to this experience I have been able to do translations in technical areas. Thus, for example, in 2012 I worked for two months as an interpreter in a training course for an Indian ship crew.
