Source text - Bulgarian 1. ПРОДАВАЧЪТ e осигурил регистрация на сградата, в която се намира жилището, предмет на този договор, от компетентните органи и разрешаване на нейното ползване при условията на ЗУТ, за което е издадено Удостоверение за въвеждане в експлоатация № ..................... на Община Варна.
2. 2.1. ПРОДАВАЧЪТ е длъжен да прехвърли собствеността на КУПУВАЧА с нотариален акт при окончателното плащане на сумите по раздел II и при условията, уговорени между страните в настоящия договор. КУПУВАЧЪТ e длъжен да се яви на уговорените дата и час пред Нотариус, за прехвърляне на имота.
2.2. 4. ПРОДАВАЧЪТ, след като изпълни задълженията си по договора, е длъжен да покани КУПУВАЧА за сключване на окончателен договор в нотариална форма, като съгласува с него деня, часа и нотариуса. КУПУВАЧЪТ се задължава лично или чрез упълномощено по нотариален ред лице да се яви пред нотариуса за изповядване на сделката в уговорените ден и час. В случай, че КУПУВАЧЪТ виновно не се яви в уречения ден за изповядване на сделката ПРОДАВАЧЪТ не поема отговорността за закъснението по прехвърлянето на собствеността.
Translation - English . Rights and obligations of the parties
1. The SELLER assured a registration of the building in which the home takes place, a subject of this contract, from the authorities with a right of use under the law of territorial settlement, for which has issued a certificate for implementation of exploitation N……. municipality Varna.
2. 2.1. The SELLER is obliged to transfer the possession to the BUYER with a proof of act of notary after a complete payment of the amounts defined in part II and under the clauses arranged between the parties in this contract. The BUYER is obliged to show on the agreed date and time at the notary’s office, for a property transfer.
2.2. The parties settle that in time of 20 days from the actual incomings of the funds, defined in part …… from this contract, the SELLER is obliged to erase the entered as a real burden on the marketed property contractual hypothec in benefit of …… and to produce to the BUYER’S representative a proof of it.
2.3. The parties are obliged to conclude a final contract in a certificate of acknowledgment form under the clauses of this contract in period, not later than …….., at the beginning of which, each of the parties by this contract, implemented their own obligation, should consider the obligation of the other party executable and has a right to lay a claim according to article ……. to announce the preliminary contract as conclusive from the court.
3. The expenses for the transfer of the property /local tax, notary taxes and state taxes/ are on the BUYER’s account. If the SELLER wishes a certificate of acknowledgment of the preliminary contract, the expenses are on his account.
4. After the SELLER has implemented his obligations under this contract, he is under an obligation to invite the BUYER to conclude a final contract in a notary form, after concerting with him the date, the time and the notary. The BUYER is obliged personally or by an authorized from the notary person, to appear before the notary to perform the formalities relating to the sale at the agreed date and time. If the BUYER does not appear at the agreed date and time, to perform the formalities relating to the sale, the SELLER does not take the responsibility for the delay of the property transfer.

Source text - English The revised agreement strengthens the disciplines on the users of import licensing systems — which, in any event, are much less widely used now than in the past — and increases transparency and predictability. For example, the agreement requires parties to publish sufficient information for traders to know the basis on which licences are granted. It contains strengthened rules for the notification of the institution of import licensing procedures or changes therein. It also offers guidance on the assessment of applications.
With respect to automatic licensing procedures, the revised agreement sets out criteria under which they are assumed not to have trade restrictive effects. With respect to non-automatic licensing procedures, their administrative burden for importers and exporters should be limited to what is absolutely necessary to administer the measures to which they apply. The revised agreement also sets a maximum of 60 days for applications to be considered.
Translation - Bulgarian Подобреният договор засилва дисциплината на потребителите на вносни лицензирани системи – които във всеки случай, са много по-широко използвани от преди – и повишава прозрачността и предвидимостта. Например, договорът изисква страните да публикуват достатъчно информация за търговци, за да се знае основата, на която се издават лицензи. Съдържа засилени правила за оповестяване на институциите за вносни лицензирани системи или промени в това отношение. Предоставя също и ръководство на оценката на приложения.
С уважение към автоматичните лицензиращи процедури, подобреният договор поставя изисквания, при които се предполага, че няма да имат ограничителни последствия. С уважение към неавтоматичните лицензиращи процедури, тяхната администртивна тежест за вносители и износители би трябвало да бъде ограничена до абсолютно нужното, за администратиране на критериите към които се отнасят. Подобреният договор също определя максимум 60 дни за обмисляне на приложенията.
