Source text - English It is better for gingival health to place a crown margin supragingivally. Such positioning is quite often not possible because of esthetic or caries considerations. Subsequently, the margin must be placed subgingivally. The question then becomes whether the subgingival margin ends slightly below the gingival crest, in the middle of the sulcular depth, or at the base of the sulcus. In preparing a subgingival margin, the major concern is not to extend the preparation into the attachment apparatus.

Solche Positionierung ist oftmals aus ästhetischen oder Kariesprotektiven Überlegungen nicht möglich. In diesen Fällen muss man den Rand subgingival setzen. Folglich, stellt sich die Frage ob man den subgingivalen Rand leicht subkrestal, in die Mitte des Sulcus, oder auf den Sulcusboden legt. Beim Präparieren eines subgingivalen Randes, sorgen wir hauptsächlich dafür dass wir die Präparation nicht bis in das Bereich des Zahnhalteapparates erweitern.

Sehbehinderung re. Distal betonte Parese des re. Armes. Bei Vorhalteveruch re., mittel bis grobschlägiger Armtremor. Finger- Nasen- Versuch re. unsicher und ataktisch mit Intentionstremor. Angeblich keine Sensibilitätsstörungen. Beim ASR li. klonische Nachzuckungen.
EEG:
Keine herdförmigen Störungen, keine Allgemeinveränderungen, keine krampfverdächtigen Potentiale.
VEP:
Re. deutliche Verzögerung der Latenz von P2 (155ms). Hinweis auf Störung des visuellen systems links.

Ograničen vid- desno. Distalno naglašena pareza desne ruke. Pri pokušaju pružanja desne ruke- srednje jaki do jaki tremor (ruke). Prst-nos-test desno, nesiguran i ataktičan s intencijskim tremorom. Ne navode se poremećaji osjeta. Prilikom testiranja refleksa Ahilove tetive lijevo, javljaju se klonički trzaji.
EEG (Elektroencefalogram):
Nepostojanje lokaliziranih smetnji, nema općih promjena, nema potencijala koji bi upućivali na grčenja.
VEP (vizualno evocirani potencijal):
Desno izrazito kašnjenje latencije P2 (155ms)
Upućuje na smetnje vizualnog sustava lijevo.

Source text - English The object of this technique is to protect the pulp from bacterial contamination via a pulpal exposure. A pulpal exposure is recognised by pulpal haemorrhage. It must be noted that a microexposure may be present. Therefore the classical bleeding exposure is a relatively severe pulpal wound. Deep cavities should be managed under rubber dam to decrease bacterial contamination.
Translation - Croatian Smisao korištenja ove tehnike je zaštita pulpe od bakterijske kontaminacije prilikom
njenog eksponiranja. Eksponiranu pulpu prepoznajemo po puplalnom krvarenju. Moramo napomenuti da postoji i vjerovatnost minimalne ekspozicije. Duboke kavitete bi trebalo obrađivati pod zaštitom koferdama, kako bi se smanjila bakterijska kontaminacija.
